Shortly before the holidays, Pantone announced that 2019’s color of the year would be Living Coral. A sort of salmon pink, they describe it as ‘animating’ and ‘lively.’ It “[symbolizes] our innate need for optimism and joyful pursuits,” the text continues. Now tell me if that doesn’t correctly summarize that springtime mood!

I’m a fan of black lingerie, but I like having vibrant color in my lingerie collection too. It’s a fun pick-me-up when I put it on in the morning, an instant mood-booster. Brash orange hues can be a bit harsh though, and not everyone’s a fan of pink. But with coral, you can never quite decide which of those two colors it is.
