If you’re reading this post, you’ve likely noticed the gorgeous new lingerie illustrations by Bok Goodall.
But they aren’t just some random drawings. They represent the essence of The Breast Life: strong, powerful, women in love with their bodies.
Bok Goodall is a lingerie brand consultant and art director. She’s the creative brain behind new lingerie brands and concepts. What does that mean? Bok explains:
One of the biggest parts of what I do, and love most, is the brand and concept development. The brand story. I’ve done this from brands that are totally new, where I have named the brand, come up with the concept and direction for the brand. All branding, art direction, photoshoot story, etc. I love planning concepts for photoshoots and directing the story into images.
I met Bok several years ago when attending one of the bi-annual lingerie trade shows in New York. While busy presenting styles and taking orders from buyers, she also found time to get to get to know random lingerie bloggers, like me. And it’s how I got to see many of her lingerie ideas become a reality.

Bok’s starting point with a brand is to sketch out all her designs by hand. And it’s what allows her to translate The Breast Life mission into visual imagery. Bok’s view of this work:

The illustration side of things is a tiny part of what I do. I paint pics for myself and friends (love painting poppies), and illustrate things for people when I’m lucky enough to be asked to do it.
And lucky for me, Bok was able to lend her creative talent to The Breast Life website redesign. In addition to the lovely ladies seen in the header and footers, you’ll also find several new Seal of Approval images, like this one.
