Nursing Sports Bras: Athleisure Wear for Pumping & Breastfeeding Moms

Nursing sports bras are a more casual, athleisure wear support solution for new moms.

They're not so much about working out or getting back into your pre-pregnancy shape. You don't need a gym membership or be signed up for Pilates or yoga classes to wear them (even if you did those things before your baby arrived). It's about having casual options in your nursing and pumping bra wardrobe. You might wear them after work, to take a walk, or on weekends when running errands or lounging with your newborn.

Nursing sports bras provide tired, busy mothers with less formal but functional support. The non-cup design makes them an excellent choice for breasts adjusting their size and to a changing milk supply. They're available in bright fun colors and patterns or moisture-wicking fabrics. This last feature comes in handy when nursing pads aren't available, or you want more coverage to factor in milk spills and stains.
